What will you do?
In this role, you ensure that sustainability processes are clear, efficient, and well-documented. You translate strategy into practical ways of working and support teams in execution.
You document and standardise processes (SOPs).
You manage and monitor data in systems such as ERP and Excel.
You ensure data is accurate, complete, and traceable.
You analyse processes and implement improvements.
You support audits, reporting, and compliance activities.
You collaborate closely with Sustainability, Operations, and Trade teams.

You will join a team of six colleagues based in Taiwan, Mexico, Argentina, South Africa, Germany, and Greece. Together, you translate sustainability commitments into robust systems, compliant processes, and reliable data. From day one, you will have ownership and real impact.
Direct influence on how processes are designed and improved.

Who are we?
Connex operates in a dynamic, international market within the energy transition. The Sustainability Team ensures that our sustainability commitments are translated into robust processes, reliable data, and demonstrable compliance.
We manage certifications and audit readiness, conduct due diligence, safeguard traceability systems, and embed sustainability requirements into contracts and supply chain operations. We work closely with Trade, Operations, Finance, and IT to protect the company from compliance risks while enabling sustainable commercial growth.

What do you bring?
You work in a structured way, have strong analytical skills, and actively look for ways to improve processes.
4-7 years of experience in operations, sustainability, or process management.
Experience with process improvement and workflow management.
Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables) and experience with ERP or data systems.
Experience with documentation and internal controls.
Strong skills in planning, analysing, and organising.
A background in sustainability, supply chain, engineering, or business.
Experience with certifications, audits, or compliance is a plus.
