Functieomschrijving

As a Financial Administrator, you are responsible for day-to-day financial and administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. You manage incoming and outgoing invoices, maintain contact with customers and suppliers, and work closely with departments such as Sales and Procurement to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You help improve financial processes and make sure everything complies with legal and internal policies.

Your responsibilities

  • Support and improve accounts receivable and accounts payable processes

  • Maintain regular communication with customers and suppliers via email and phone

  • Collaborate with departments like Sales and Procurement to ensure accurate financial administration

  • Ensure compliance with financial laws and internal guidelines

  • Contribute to the improvement of administrative workflows

What do you bring?
You’re accurate, proactive, and enjoy working in a structured way. You're a strong communicator and open to learning new things. If you’re motivated and meet most of the criteria, we’d love to hear from you.

You have:

  • An MBO-level qualification in Finance, Administration, or a related field

  • 4–6 years of experience in a financial or administrative role

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience with accounting software and MS Excel

  • Good written and spoken command of both English and Dutch

  • A service-minded attitude and willingness to learn

  • Experience with Odoo is a plus
