What will you do?
As a Compliance Officer at Payter, you make sure our products, processes, and systems meet high standards. You help create and apply rules that improve quality and reliability. You also check if everything is working well and suggest improvements. You’ll work closely with different teams to make our company even better.
Your main tasks include:
Creating and updating quality policies and procedures.
Checking how we develop and test new products to ensure quality.
Making sure we follow quality standards like ISO 9001 and ISO 14000.
Attending team meetings and sharing your ideas.
Organizing product and process audits.
Keeping records in our quality management system.
Writing clear quality reports.
Giving training to colleagues.
Doing regular checks on how we work.

What do you bring?
We’re looking for someone who enjoys improving systems and working with others. You don’t need to meet every single requirement, if you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law, Public Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory oversight—preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, energy).
Experience in managing relationships with regulatory bodies (e.g., financial supervisory authorities, data protection agencies).
Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, financial regulations, or sector-specific compliance frameworks.
Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to deliver complex information in a clear and structured way.
High level of integrity, independence, and sound judgment.
You speak Dutch and English fluently. If you also speak Chinese, that’s a plus.
