Back End Developer (Camunda)

As a Back End Developer (Camunda), you play a key role in automating business processes using the Camunda platform. You design and model workflows using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and translate these into executable processes within Camunda. You develop interface connectors, mainly in Python, to integrate Camunda with internal and external systems. You make sure that these workflows are scalable, reliable, and easy to maintain.

Your key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software with a focus on process automation using Camunda.

• Model business processes in BPMN and implement them within Camunda.

• Integrate Camunda workflows with systems, databases, and services via REST, SOAP, or messaging protocols.

• Develop and maintain modular back-end components or microservices with clean architecture.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows and application performance.

• Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with relevant standards.

• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and internal knowledge sharing.

• Stay up to date with Camunda updates and back-end development best practices.

• Contribute actively to Agile/Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
