You will expand and strengthen our business network in Poland, working with both existing and new customers. After a thorough onboarding, you will travel worldwide to present, promote, and sell our machines. You’ll listen to customer needs and prepare accurate quotations. Managing the product portfolio, you aim for strong sales results and excellent customer relationships. You collaborate closely with colleagues in sales, engineering, and project management based in the Netherlands. You report directly to the Regional Sales Director.

We follow the CAO Metalektro (Plant & Machinery) agreement, offering: a salary matching your education and experience, full reimbursement of travel expenses, 27 vacation days, and 13 paid ADV days (including one hour off every Friday, effectively 6.5 ADV after that). Vereisten
A bachelor’s degree or higher.
Experience with machinery, preferably in food processing.
A customer-focused attitude and decisiveness.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team, staying results-oriented and alert to market developments.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Willingness to travel—including occasionally on weekends or spending consecutive days at project sites.
